HATE YOUR FRIZZY HAIR? THERE’S A CURE FOR THAT

If you get the frizzies and you’re looking for a cure, you may want to sit up and pay attention—unless you’re a fan of bed head—than go away and put your hat on.

I am a frizzy-haired person.  Between dry weather, the blow dryer (which I wield often), pollution and exercise—I can often look like a Chia pet.  (See accompanying revolting photos.)

So when my editor asked me to try the Lubricity System, I originally thought I’d have to create a database for my hair—the word ‘system’ threw me.  Thankfully that was not that case.

Boyce Clark always loved science as a kid. He remembers every Christmas getting something related to science – a chemistry set, a microscope. He was president of his high school science club, and earned BS degrees in geochemistry and sociology from Millsaps College before coming to LSU to work on his PhD in biogeochemistry, in the LSU Department of Geology & Geophysics.
